Posting through a phone

I am doing a quick test on posting through my phone. Did you know Squarespace has an app to do posting? This is news to me. I had one a while back, but it just want’t good.

Anyway. Here are all the updates that I could give at the moment. For starters. I got smart bulbs. That's right, I'm finally at that phase in adulthood where I'm excited about buying lightbulbs.

Also, I finished recording all of Game Shows I Suppose which you can listen to here it's been a ton of fun talking about game shows, but let's face it, I'm a lonely, sad, individual, and there are dozens of game show podcasts out there. I'm not doing anything different.

However, every Wednesday from this Wednesday onwards until the last Wednesday in November is dedicated to one of my favorite game shows. I wanted to end this podcast on a high note, so it'll be me blabbering about stuff I enjoy, before I just stop doing it.

If you want more episodes, there are “Extras” over on my patreon including You Don't Know Jack and Minute to Win It. I might do more over there, but I honestly don't know yet. I hate to put it behind a Paywall, but I don't know if people want it or not.

Also, in other PODCASTING news FUN TIME CALLS CELEBRATED IT'S SECOND YEAR!

Fun Time Calls is a “comedy podcast” that's a satire of “friends hanging out” podcasts and other genres, while still maintaining a movie ratio, a good segment and HAMBURGER HASS

It's been a ton of fun having great gags on the show and having this “siiiigh” disappointment character in the show. One could argue, we’re the best Role Playing podcast!

So anyway, I'm just trying to play catch up with everything. I want to get back into writing and hopefully by ending a podcast that took 12 hours of my life to produce, I could use that for other things, such as writing this virtual journal entry, or just play a video game again. That would be fun, playing a video game.

On a mental standpoint, I feel like nothing will ever get better and maybe, I'm not as talented as I think I am. But sometimes, I think “well maybe you are talented and it's just not time yet” is’s been weird. I just found out they are bringing back G4. Attack of the Show and X-Play and I'm sure to modernize it, emphasis on E-Sports and Streaming Media. That's still very bizarre to me. But unlike most reboots, I don't think it's simply out of Nostalgia (nobody should be nostalgic for the network that put out Man Show reruns), I think it's out of filling in the void of something that's not readily available. There is no “video game show” on TV anymore (unless you count Electric Playground in Canada) and “Let's Talk Nerdy Stuff” has become mainstream, as your Extra, Entertainment Tonight and Access Hollywood have to cover DCTV shows, Marvel Movies and Star Wars Theme Parks… but AOTS could wind up being better than it's former version, or it could wind up being Slave Leia outfits and “Great Moments in Porn History Powered By PornHub” (probably not, but it could always be worse)

Anyway, hope they book Austin Creed to host Arena, and I hope it becomes something so great, that people might actually feel like they should get a job in production to work on the show. Its all unknown.

Anyway, I hope Fall Guys is installed soon.

Happy Summer?
