Hello Friend, it's your pal Jordan. Guess it's time to spend some time blogging. Because it's nearly 4am and the Sleep Gummy didn't hit yet.

It still hasn't dawned on me I have only left the house… maybe eight times this entire year? Most of those trips were for orthodontist care. And it's still very scary.

I think we all got masks and we all have found a way to make a studio out of our living arrangements. Which once again, doesn't make whatever I do feel that much special.

Game Shows, I Suppose just celebrated it's 100th episode and this week is’s “Dalmatian Episode” (101) and while I'm “finished” with the podcast, there is still that “what am I gonna do next” thought that always freezes me up.

If you're on my Patreon you would already know I'm uploading “extra” episodes of Game Shows, I Suppose.

Sometimes I feel like nobody is listening, but considering that $5 also gets you a really sad Jordan venting about stuff, that's also a podcast fun!

Additionally, that's where you see “Night Night Analog” that's best described as “a recorded version of the Twitch show that nobody watches”

Even if I give people a date and time, nothing happens. Then again, I'm not really a “Social Media Influencer” as it were. I don't know, I never saw myself being a character of myself for likes. I think people know I'm either sad, cranky or hungry and that's it.

Anyway, so Night Night might be just “going away for a bit” as i try and figure the next step. I feel like it's a cycle of nonstop quarter life crisis with me these days.

Anyway, now it's time to update! I… got nothing. Sorry, I wish I could say “hey great news, I'm now working on this show” or “I am now a root beer reviewer” for some weird beverage company, but instead.. yeah nothing changed.

As we speak - NBA is in a bubble, DNC nominated Biden, and I just transferred all my songs from Google Play to YouTube Music (I guess I don't need to “buy tracks” anymore?)

So now let's just update the summer movie calendar… I didn't want m watch any. Everything has been for Fun Time Calls (which is just HBO MAX and Netflix) - I'm glad the DC UNIVERSE shows have a home on another streaming service… the same one that has a ton of ATT owned Warner Media products. (Adult Swim AND HBO? Heck yeah!)

Netflix Put Out a Documentary called “High Score” that's really good, Amazon Prime has a documentary called “Coming To a Toy Store Near You” that I also think is a much watch documentary. Both have the ability to watch Supermarket Sweep, which I told people got excited for, and then I decided to quit podcasting. Hope you all enjoy Leslie Jones hosting Supermarket Sweep, I'm going to remind you maybe 67 more times and then some rando is gonna go “holy shit did you see they brought back Supermarket Sweep with Leslie Jones” and THAT'S the tweet that gets people watching.

Sorry ABC, I guess your promos during the NBA is no match for word of mouth through Twitter!

So, SDCC had… nothing? I am sure DC Fandome will have a cool trailer or something, but usually this is the “really cool nerdy time” and as it stands the only thing I got excited for was the return of X-Play and Attack of The Show (I think? G4 is coming back, so I'm thrilled. I posted the most over there in the late 2000s)

But other than that, Fall Guys came out, which is a really fun Battle Royale Game, that instead of FPS, it's multiplayer, however the server issues is a pain and I do want to see more variety in the challenges, I mean something like “100+ games” variety. So you get different levels and twists so when the “season” ends you see new maps and games. However I'm not “Jordan” I'm “Fall Guy ####” and that's not who I am. I AM NOT A NUMBER I AM A FREE MAN! That while I was expecting this to be my “game of the year” it's definitely on my list, but it's a 4… out of 5.

I also picked up that Tony Hawk Demo (I didn't get the burrito) and I am not kidding - it's the best looking Tony Hawk game, but also the best “playing” one. Yes it's just the first two levels from the original THPS, but the warehouse gives me hope. That speedy control, when you bail you just get back and play, all of that just works for me. I hope to see more.

Trackmania, I'm not getting excited about like the earlier franchises, it just feels like Trackmania Turbo… but with tiers. It's confusing.

I don't know how I feel about the next gen consoles quite yet, I'm hesitant, and feel like this is going to be one very strange cycle. I hope to see more great games for Nintendo Switch because currently I'm downloading Devil May Cry 3 and thinking about the fun I had… jeez… yeah it's a decade old, isn't it?

Eventually, I'll try and figure out that next step. But currently I'm in that depression and anxiety that so many of us are facing. I hope it gets better.

I mean, it has to right?
